4 X CALL HANDLERS TO START ASAP - WAKEFIELD BASED Your new company My client is a large public sector organisation based in Wakefield Your new role Due to an influx in workload they are looking to recruit 4 x call handlers to start ASAP. Training will begin on start date Main duties will include: Taking bookings from patients Taking bookings from healthcare providers for non emergencies Ensuring booking details are correct for the customers Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you must be able to provide an excellent level of customer service to patients and health workers.
