Specialist Vehicle Account Handler

A well established Insurance Broker with an excellent reputation seeks to hire a Specialist Vehicle Account Handler to join their specialist personal lines department. You will deal with personal lines policies mainly focusing on specialist vehicles such as classic cars, modified vehicles or imports therefore and interest in cars will be a plus. You may also deal with other products such as household, travel insurance and high net worth products. You will provide advice and service both new and existing clients dealing with incoming enquires, mid-term adjustments and policy renewals. You will handle and complete relevant documents and paperwork as well as meet targets set for you by the branch director. You will liaise with customers both face to face, over the phone and via email. You therefore must have a professional demeanour both in person, verbally and writing with a strong attention to detail and the ability to build rapport quickly. To be considered our client expects you to have experience in dealing with car insurance and have a desire to improve your skills through CII qualifications.
