Overview
Registered Nurse - We are looking for highly motivated newly qualified or experienced registered nurse RGN, RMN or RNLD ( adult nurse, mental health nurse and/or learning disability nurse ) to work within a supportive and friendly Nursing Home located in Stirling. The Nursing Home has a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high. The are very big on staff development and training. They also have a buddy system where you will have an experienced mentor for support if you would like it when you join the team. Care Categories: Nursing, Dementia Care, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and Palliative Care for older adults Salary : £15.45 per hour ( £26,500 - £35,300 per annum ) - negotiable dependant on experience Bonus: £1,000 welcome bonus (paid in full after your first full month) Hours: Full time hours or Part time hours depending on preference (Options of: 11 hours, 22 hours, 33 hours and/or 44 hours options available) Shifts : Days shifts ( 8am - 8pm ) or Night shifts ( 8pm - 8am ) or a mixture of both ( you can choose depending on your preference ) Nursing Home Details : The Nursing Home caters for older adults who require Nursing, Dementia Care, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and Palliative Care. Below is an example of a recent review left for the home: "My husband stayed at this Care Home for respite care. He was assessed as requiring full nursing care and remained there for 18 months, until his death. He was well looked after by the staff. I was always made welcome when visiting him. He was dressed in his good clothes, hair etc kept smart to maintain clements of his old self before the Alzheimers. He was encouraged to join in activities to stimulate his fading brain and taken for outings when possible. It was obvious that staff were trained to remember visitors names to offer friendly support, with a listening ear and tea and coffee."
