Overview
Out client is a long-established global engineering company. Their immediate requirement is for a well experienced generalist HRBP to join the business on a 6 months FTC, to be located out of Lancashire. Assisting with the transformation of the HR function, the role of a HRBP will be far from one-dimensional. It will undertake a wide range of HR tasks and is designed around providing support to an Organisation going through change. It will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. Also act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics and partner with the business to provide thought leadership and guidance on transformation. Other duties of the HRBP include; Coach, support guide managers within performance management Support the development of talent Help facilitate transformation through working with and through organisational processes Work with and through Local Unions to ensure an effective operation Assist in development and implementation of HR Policies Drive employee engagement through the different engagement tools available Experience & Knowledge required; Proven experience as an HR Generalist Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment laws and trade unions Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach To be considered for this position it is essential that you are a driver and available immediately For more information or to apply, please call Sam on 0161 4166223.
