We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join an awesome HR team Working as part of a global manufacturing organisation the role will focus on delivering business focussed and best practice HR, ensuring the Company conducts its people related activities in a highly professional and empathetic manner whilst meeting all legislative and business requirements. To join this team you need to be someone who takes pride and ownership in their work and who has the confidence to give competent advice, challenging where appropriate, whilst supporting Managers and Employees across the business. Obviously you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record delivering generalist HR support in a large and complex organisation – ideally manufacturing. The role will include some UK travel to other sites and possibly the need for European travel on occasion.
