Recruitment Administrator Housing Association Permanent £27,000 A well known Housing Association based in West London is looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join them ASAP on a permanent basis. The Recruitment Admin plays a key role in making sure the organisation attracts, sources and selects the very best talent. You will help to manage the high-volume end to end recruitment process, from taking responsibility for advertising, agency and candidate liaison through to producing data and reporting. Main responsibilities include: Supporting the coordination of a seamless end to end recruitment service, form the requisition of new vacancies to handover of successful candidates to the People Team Supporting Recruitment Specialists with the shortlisting of suitable applications Managing, scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews and assessment centres, including collating and delivering candidate feedback Managing and maintaining the ATS The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives on working in a busy and fast-paced environment. With strong administration skills, you will be used to independently managing high volumes of information and data, coordination a range of activities and putting into place the systems and processes to ensure the smooth day to day running of the team.
