A varied HR Office opportunity with a successful small business on the outskirts of Norwich, Your new company Our client, a successful small business based on the outskirts of Norwich, are seeking a hardworking HR Officer/Administrator to join their close-knit team. Your new role Reporting to the HR Director the key purpose if this role is to provide generalist administrative and advisory support to all staff within this business. Duties and Responsibilities To carry out an effective administrative routine covering, joiners, leavers, probation's, sickness absence, annual medicals, references, and site security passes. To assist, and deal with general staff HR queries, and to filter those queries that are to be referred to the HR Director. To provide HR support to the HR Director as and when required. To Manage the recruitment process, placing ads, collating CV's and sending to managers, arranging interviews, etc. To organise and coordinate induction process for new joiners. To run weekly payroll 1st week of each month & provide holiday cover. Assist HR team in general office duties, take and record phone calls/messages, arranging hotel/taxi bookings, management of weekly senior managers whereabouts schedule, signing in visitors to head office, etc. To perform any other reasonable tasks as and when required What you'll need to succeed Skills and Abilities: Recent experience HR Administrative Experience Preferred, not essential - part qualified or working toward level 3 CIPD Proficient user of Microsoft office (Outlook, excel, word) Able to prioritise own workload Able to work on own initiative Excellent spelling and grammar Good communication skills Works well in a multifunctional environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
