Overview
This is a brand new, permanent, HR Business Partner role for a Bradford based Global manufacturing business. A fantastic opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment as part of a great team. Client Details A Global manufacturing business based in Bradford with operations across the UK. Description As the HR Business Partner you will report to the UK Head of HR and will work closely with senior stakeholders on an operational and strategic level. You will be aligned to business functions across various locations and will have the autonomy to really influence those areas with support from the HoHR. As a manufacturing operation there are a number of challenges and the business has recently gone through some significant change programmes so there is plenty of work to do If you don't want to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, then this role is not for you Profile The successful HR Business Partner will: have worked in a similar position previously - ESSENTIAL previously have worked in a manufacturing or similar environment - ESSENTIAL influence and build relationships easily with a variety of stakeholders - ESSENTIAL be comfortable with change programmes - ESSENTIAL be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL hold the CIPD or equivalent qualification - ESSENTIAL have a full driving license - DESIRABLE Job Offer This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £40k. There will be some travel required in the role.
