Overview
Reward Advisor based in Crawley for an Accountancy Firm paying £45,000. Your new company Our Accountancy client is looking for a Reward Advisor to join their team based in their Crawley office. With brand new offices you will be working within the HR and Reward team with colleagues based over other offices in the UK. Your new role As a Reward Advisor you will be providing advice on the latest compensation and benefits trends and initiatives, making the most of all available research, analysis and internal/external bench-marking, carrying out data research, analysis and presentation of bench-marking data in relation to salary and benefits and analysis of marketing data. You will also take the lead on and participate in a wire range of reward related projects to develop and implement reward solutions that support business goals. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in the role you need previous experience of working in Reward as an Advisor/Reward Analyst, ideally within a professional services organisation with the ability to make recommendations/develop business cases for improvements or changes based on data analysis.
