Overview

To provide, manage and implement a competitive and substantial reward and benefits offering on behalf of the company. Ensuring the delivery of key Reward projects which are in line with the company objectives, taking into account the Global nature of the company and therefore having an understanding of the differing requirements. Client Details Large business Description As an Interim Reward Specialist you will: Project manage the annual renewal of staff benefits schemes Manage the firm's annual salary review process, working within agreed budgetary parameters. Agree and communicate timetable, obtain and disseminate external benchmarking data, create and manage working documents and formulate final recommendations and salary bandings Day to day management responsibility for relationship with third party providers To act as the expert of reward and to disseminate this knowledge across the HR Team including HRBP's Oversee bonus policy and manage bonus schemes Ensure an up to date and accurate knowledge of the current salary market data to be able to provide this info to the business or HR Operations Manager/HRD/HRBPs as requested Provide input for salary surveys and ad hoc requests for salary data (e.g. from legal publications) Devise and co-ordinate the Reward & Benefits strategy, including making recommendations pertaining to the legal industry and with specific reference to benchmarking Lead on reward projects including annual salary review, bonus, reward campaigns Profile Experience & knowledge Requirements: Qualified to a minimum of degree level or equivalent with previous experience of operating as a Reward Manager for a minimum of 2 years Highly IT literate with previous experience of working with HR reporting systems and excellent knowledge of Excel Excellent analytical skills Good Coaching skills Commercial awareness and understanding of the drivers of business performance and profitability To be able to provide commercially viable and creative solutions in a timely manner Ability to build influential relationships with stakeholders across all elements of the business Collaborative and inclusive - able to work with colleagues from all areas of the business in particular with other colleagues within business services to provide united solutions Job Offer Salary up to £60,000benefits
