Job Ref: SR-5885 Occupational Health Nurse Manager Location: Doncaster, Yorkshire Job Type: Full or Part Time Permanent Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an occupational health nurse manager on a full or part time permanent basis in Doncaster, Yorkshire. Managing an OH team the role will deliver specialist occupational health services which will include:- - Provide management support and leadership to the occupational health team, ensuring there are clear lines of accountability and that responsibilities of the team support the delivery of an effective value for money occupational health service to clients. - Plan, develop and implement enhancements to health and wellbeing services, working closely with other staff and external partners to implement agreed operational priorities and ensure that services meet legislative and current professional practice requirements. - Contribute to the development and delivery of the Workforce Strategy supporting the development of a strong and robust health and well-being culture and working in partnership with managers to ensure a consistent and professional approach to the management of health and well-being. - Manage the commissioning and procurement of services for the service and to lead the monitoring and delivery of contracts provided by the service They are looking to recruit a suitably qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic OH Manager with a flexible pro-active approach and able to manage a varied workload.
