Support Worker (x2)– Days - FT hours to cover Maternity Leave £8.21 per hour Based in Old Trafford, Manchester M16 7NX Deepdene Care was established in 1987 and is a national mental healthcare provider operating five homes nationwide, offering high quality care to people with severe and enduring mental health needs. We currently have exciting opportunities for reliable, experienced individuals with a friendly and caring nature to work as a support worker in Old Trafford, Manchester. · NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential · Experience of supporting adults with challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential as in-house training is provided. This role is to cover Maternity Leave. Duties will include engaging & supporting clients in activities of daily living, meal provision & medication prompting & taking care of client's wellbeing. A responsible and caring attitude is important. You will work in friendly but sometimes challenging environments, therefore excellent interaction and communication skills are essential.
