Overview
We are looking for an experienced Community Nurse to join an internationally recognised brand as part of their exciting growth plans. This community role is based in South West London. As a Community Nurse in this specialist role, you will be delivering patient centred care working with both adults and children, providing dedicated enteral feeding care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role combines both clinical and educational skills in order to support safe and timely hospital discharges, regular reviews and training to healthcare professionals to keep them up to date with the latest safe practice in relation to tube feeding.
