Overview

Rutherford Briant are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator for a well-known business in Brentwood The ideal person will either be actively studying the AAT or Qualified by Experience and has a good eye for process improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Monitoring payables mailbox and responding to external and internal queries/printing out invoices • Daily Bank Reconciliation • Statement Reconciliation • Input Supplier and Purchase Invoices (Around 800 per month) • Process and Pay Weekly Expenses for Staff • Scan Invoices Received • Make online Payments • Assist with Month End Reconciliations, such as Fixed Assets, Prepayments and Cashbook • Reconcile all accounts back to Trial Balance • Assist with Sourcing New Suppliers for Company
