Overview

I am working with a FTSE retail business based in Central London on a Technical Accounting Manager vacancy for their Group team. This role is very much a hybrid position where you will be responsible for all year end reporting but also leading on key project work. The role of Technical Accounting Manager will involve: Being responsible for all externally reported numbers including the coordination of the Annual Report Managing the year end process and liaising with external auditors Ensuring the business is fully up to date with IFRS standards and managing the implementation Ad-hoc project work The suitable candidate for the role of Technical Accounting Manager will be/have: ACA qualified and either working in Big 4 or in a Group function within a FTSE business Excellent knowledge of technical accounting standards and statutory reporting Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
