Overview
Site Manager for residential development conversion of grade 2 listed building Your new company This well-established, Bristol based property developer have a solid reputation for delivering quality developments in the local area. The build and convert residential properties for rent, sale or student accommodation and also get involved in some mixed-use projects. Financially very stable with a strong project pipeline. Your new role As Site Manager you will initially manage the operational delivery of a grade 2 listed building refurbishment/conversion into c20 apartments ensuring completion on time and on budget. You will manage the direct staff and sub-contractors on site with a keen eye on health and safety and the quality of finishes. What you will need to succeed You will most likely come from a trade background and have experience of managing construction build and refurbishment projects up to the values of c£10m. You will be used to working within the fast-paced construction sector, and capable of communicating professionally with both internal and external contacts. You will also need to hold valid SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid at Work certificates. Experience of working on listed buildings with retained facade would be an advantage.
