Architectural Technician Job, Permanent, £35000, Essex Your new company You will working for a local Architectural Practice that specialise on Bespoke residential projects throughout Essex and London. With a large projects in the pipeline and a high turnover, this company is now looking for an experience Architectural Technician to assist them going forward. Your new role You will be working as an Architectural Technician, conducting site surveys and producing technical drawings. You will be working within a friendly team environment assisting other members of the team producing Working drawings for a multitude of different residential projects. What you'll need to succeed To be Successful for this role you will need to be an experienced Architectural Technician with at least 2 years working within a UK practice. You must have excellent understanding of site surveys, technical drawings, UK building regulations and construction. It is vital that you are fluent in Autocad and can use the programme unsupervised, What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary and will be able to work on a number of bespoke residential projects, Scope for salary progression.
