Job with national house builder, Architectural Technician, Wakefield, Permanent, salary exp dependant Your new company A national house builder who deliver large scale high quality sites across the country. Regional offices allow your new company to keep sites within an hour of offices ensuring that they deliver award winning homes. Your office is based just off the M1 motorway in West Yorkshire meaning that you will be working on sites across the county. Your new role As a technical designer you will be responsible for architectural site evaluation, identifying problems that may occur and providing a solution focused both independently and through liaison with external consultants. You will be responsible for producing layouts and technical reports with minimum supervision. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need to of had previous experience delivering projects within the house building sector. You will need to be proficient using autocad to produce high quality and detailed technical drawing packages. What you'll get in return In return you will get a competitive salary car allowance.
