Assistant Site Manager - Exeter Centre (4 Month Contract) Your new company You will be working with a construction market leader, who's expertise, experience and flexibility to deliver a range of requirements, from a complex, strategic asset costing hundreds of millions, to a £250k extension to create more classroom space in a school. With unrivalled geographical reach through a huge network of local offices, and their deep-rooted knowledge and understanding of local markets and communities comes from long-standing relationship, many of which span decades. Your new role This is a great opportunity to work on an extremely well known project at the centre of Exeter. You will be assisting the construction team with the management of trades, quality control and utilising your initiative while undertaking these tasks. What you'll need to succeed You will need a proven track record of assisting the management team on medium to large commercial construction projects, or managing your own small - medium contract. In addition, you will need the standard professional qualifications; CSCS (Gold card or Managers Card) SMSTS First Aid What you'll get in return You will benefit from a competitive hourly pay rate, 4 month contract and the prospect of continuing work with this client on other projects that are upcoming in the immediate region.
