Your new company One of the countries leading house builders with a long history of building award winning developments. Due to a recent internal shuffle they now seek an experienced site manager to manage a new 100 unit phase on a mixed housing and apartment Traditional build development in Redhill. With multiple other projects across the Kent and East Sussex area future works in the local area are guaranteed to follow. Your new role As site manager you will be no,1 on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager, Overseeing a team of Assistant managers, surveyors, document controllers and technical co-ordinators you will be responsible for subcontract management, H&S, quality control, cost control and client liaison What you'll need to succeed This is a flagship scheme and as such an experienced senior site manager with a strong residential background is essential. You will have worked for a larger developer on a traditional build scheme and have overseen projects from groundwork's through to handover, This is a permanent role with interested candidates expected to be seeking a long term career move.
