Become A Newcross Nurse today Newcross Healthcare a seeking to expand our dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs) living in Chippenham, Devizes, Melksham, Calne, Corsham, Malmesbury, Lyneham, Dauntsey and the surrounding locations. The Opportunity As a Newcross Registered Nurse, you will be providing direct nursing care and support that protects the dignity of the client and is in line with their personalised care plan. You'll need to have a valid NMC registration, be highly committed to best practices with the confidence to work with clients independently and as part of a wider MDT team. Experience of medication administration within a nursing home setting and team leader skills are highly desirable. We Offer Flexible Pay We offer Flexi Pay. Typically, most UK healthcare workers are paid weekly or monthly but with this new service, they have the option to request an advance against the completed shifts and be paid as quickly as one hour after they've finished a day's work Digitally submit your timesheet and you are able to access Flexi Pay to withdraw your wage. This includes weekends and bank holidays as well Role specification Current valid NMC registration The right to live and work in the UK At least 6 months' post-qualification experience At least 2 referee contact details A certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course You will need access to a smart device to access your timesheets via our app Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential We provide nursing care in a range of settings from acute, hospital and ward environments to care, nursing and residential homes, so it's essential you have experience in at least one of these.
