Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) Investment Management - City of London Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 Benefits Bonus McGregor Boyall has partnered with a globally renowned Investment Manager, they are seeking a Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) to help lead the development of a new and bespoke Front Office trading platform which needs to be built from scratch. As a Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) you will be responsible for helping the development of a number of key architectural projects. You will be involved in re-developing a large scale trading application into a number smaller scale web applications that can be more easily managed and improved. You will be assisting in all aspects of the development lifecycle in including architecture, design, development and integration of the solutions in a continuous delivery model within an Agile environment where creativity and technical innovation is encouraged. For the role of Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) you will need the following skills: 3 years experience of Java programming Experience of cloud technologies like AWS Working in a highly agile, test driven environment using continuous integration Passion for learning new technologies and methodologies Excellent communicator within the business and technology team In the role of a Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) you will be joining a team which is dedicated to using the latest technologies and methodologies to create high performing, scalable products that will be capable of handling an ever-growing user base.
