Overview
My client is a family owned, growing business based in Lincolnshire. They are looking for additional production operatives to permanently join their team and progress through their Continuous Improvement programme. This is an evening shift position working Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all company policies. Participate and contribute in team briefings. Undertake start-up checks and end-of-shift checks. Maintain high standards of Health and Safety. Follow correct dress code. Support the Team Leader to match and exceed daily targets. Adhere to 5S area standards and principles. Comply to company quality standards and procedures. Key Requirements: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent NVQ. Ability to adhere to policies and procedures. Physically fit and capable for demands of the role. Detail-oriented and focused on customer care. Strong communication skills.
