Overview
Blackwaters is recruiting a FInance Manager for the corporate function of a fast moving software group in Weybridge. Reporting to the Group FC, this role has a mix of Management, Statutory Accounts and Treasury Management - with typcalresponsiblities: Monthly cash flow statement for board and bank report Constant currency calculations and bridge to board report from Cash Flow Statement for CFO. Monthly Mark to Market posting of FX and Interest derivative values FX revaluations Month end posting and analysis of Treasury related items in GL. Preparation of monthly board reports and financial statements to be shared with banks (to be distributed and reviewed by Treasury) Posting of intercompany loans and calculation of intercompany interest Quarterly intercompany interest statements to market units Yearend notes to the financial statements Annual Actual and Budget Reporting for Board, Banks and Private Equity owners Consolidation and preparation of 3 year plan We are looking for someone enagaging, who enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and who is interested in internal progression.
