Overview
Our client is a company that offers professional cab drivers vehicle finance and short-term vehicles to rent. In the role you will greet customers at the start and end of their vehicle hire or lease, assisting them in the onboarding process and vehicle return. In the role of Customer Support Agent, you will form part of the front-line customer service team, providing front line customer support at the London office as well as telephone and email support to any customers contacting the office. Our client is looking for someone active, enthusiastic, great customer service skills face-to-face and on the phone, can handle difficult situations where required e.g. charging a customer for damage or end of lease costs. Key responsibilities: Completing vehicle inspections with customers at the beginning and end of hire and generating final end of hire bills. Meeting customers in the office, helping customers with queries about their vehicle, hire or contract. Responding to incoming emails and answering incoming calls Resolving customer issues on first response or creating cases for other staff members to resolve. Making outbound calls to customers to organise scheduled vehicle servicing and licence and rental renewals. Communicating to customers around active insurance claims. General data entry keeping our fleet management and customer systems up to date. General office administration Key Skills/Experience Needed: Hard Working A friendly personality Good communication skills via email, phone, text, etc. A basic understanding of, and interest in, vehicles Strong attention to detail Enjoy contributing to the team and growing with our company A good communicator, patient, understanding and genuinely enjoys helping customers. Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
