Overview
Are you an experienced material purchasing professional looking for your next opportunity? This role will be to support a busy purchasing team for a manufacturing business that is a globally known and has an outstanding reputation. Do not miss out on this amazing opportunity You will be responsible for: Purchasing: ordering of materials and stock through preferred suppliers Managing and building existing supplier relationships Monitoring suppliers for price and quality Obtaining quotations Updating and managing an ERP system Customer service and query resolution General support and administration within the purchasing team We would love to hear from you if you have had the following experience: Experience of using ERP/MRP systems You will ideally have previous experience within a procurement/purchasing role as a Material Controller, Buyer, Junior Buyer, Buying Assistant or Material Buyer Benefits: This is a permanent position paying around £25000.
