Make a difference with us As a Care Assistant in Cirencester, Cricklade and the surrounds, you'll love the fast-pace and variety that comes with supporting the day-to-day lives of residents in a range of establishments in your area. This role provides you with a unique chance to really grow in your career, take on new responsibilities and enjoy the new relationships that you build each day. You will be working closely with sick or vulnerable people on packages of care and will be assisting them with personal care, clinical requirements and encouraging them to develop relationships in their local communities. Flexi Pay Flexi Pay is an exciting feature that gives you the ability to instantly access an advance of up to 50% of the value of your existing shifts including weekends and bank holidays What we require You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate.
