Role requirements You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You will also need to be SSSC registered or be willing to register with us. The right to work in the UK is a must. You will have a deeper understanding of the caring role allowing you to lead a team of carers.
