Overview
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer Eventus Legal are working with a one of Lincolnshire’s most prominent law firms with its appointment of a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the firms’ very well established and highly regarded Residential Property Team and be based at the firms’ head office which is based in the heart of the Lincoln. Role responsibilities The practice continues to enjoy a sustained increase in instructions across a number of sectors, particularly within its Residential Property Team and so the firm is eager to appoint an additional experienced residential conveyancing practitioner to manage their own caseload of residential property matters. Your duties will include dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters and you will enjoy handling a varied caseload comprising sales and purchases, transfers of equity, lease extensions, right to buy and shared ownership schemes. You will also have the opportunity of contributing to further growing the practice by undertaking business development, marketing and networking initiatives in order to increase your client base and enhance both yours’ and the firms' standing in the local area. Person specification To meet current existing panel membership criteria, the firm is eager to appoint a qualified residential conveyancing practitioner, be that either a Solicitor, a Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer. The practice is open on the level of PQE and so is happy to hear from those at NQ level right through to practitioners with anything in excess of 10 years’ PQE. The advantage to this is that the firm will be able to provide you with a bespoke caseload and will tailor the matters you handle relative to your level of experience. The firm is able to do this because of the sheer volume of work the Residential Conveyancing Team are currently servicing. What is important is that you have excellent client care skills, are well organised and are enthusiastic about tangible value to the Residential Conveyancing Team. There are not many opportunities on offer that will allow you to enjoy handling a caseload that will not only be built to match your experience but will also allow you to progress to dealing with more technically complex and higher value transactions, so the prospects for genuine career development really does make this role one to seriously consider further.
