Multi Trade Roles - Carpenters and Plumbers - Domestic Repairs Bournemouth and Surrounding Area £16 - £18 per hour Immediate Start Ongoing Work Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a team of Multi Trade Operatives to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in Bournemouth and surrounding area. Multi Trade Carpenters - You will be responsible for all aspects of carpentry including kitchen repairs, bathroom repairs, bathroom and kitchens installs etc. Main Trade - Plumbers - You will be responsible for all aspects of plumbing including kitchen repairs, bathroom repairs, bathroom and kitchens installs etc. Addtional Multi Trade Experience - You will also be confident in carrying out additional trades such as minor Brickwork, Patch Plastering, Decorating and Tiling. Multi Requirements NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified Valid Clean UK Driving Licence Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required Experience working within tenanted properties Familiar with PDA usage Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof) Looking for someone based in the South East London area Client information You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success.
