Conveyancing Assistant Wakefield I am working with a Yorkshire full service, award winning law firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy team in Wakefield. The Role This role is based in Wakefield with the firm's main residential property department. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. You be supporting a team of fee earners and dealing with: General Enquiries Assisting with Completions Conducting Searches Liaising with Clients, Solicitors and other 3rd Party Professionals Typing, and drafting various letters About you You should be: An experienced Conveyancing Assistant with at least 3 years' experience Capable of hitting the ground running assisting existing caseloads Familiar with SOS or another Conveyancing case management system The Team and Firm The team is large in size and is a mix of volume and traditional work firm wide. The firm are proud of their training academy out of Wakefield that allows staff to grow and develop with excellent support in a nurturing environment. The culture of the firm is friendly, and this has been something that has been passed down from the Managing Partner through the firm.
