Overview

We're looking for customer-focused individuals to join a growing company at an exciting time, for an online medical company. The roles are temporary due to an expected high volume of work from a new contract commencing. Whilst temporary, permanent positions may be available for the right individuals. The role will primarily be administrative, such as completing customer ID&V checks, but with some call handling if required. You as an individual will be able to produce high quality work at pace. Experience Customer Service experience , working to targets and good communication skills are ESSENTIAL. Call Centre experience DESIRABLE. Healthcare experience DEIRABLE. You must be able to pass a police check (DBS) and be able to work from the client's office in London (Blackfriars). Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, between 8am to 6pm - start times will either be 8am, 9am or 10am (decided by the business need). Start dates are 16th March and 23rd March, so only apply if you have the availability. Interviews will be face to face at the client's offices in Blackfriars.
