Overview

Looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for a leading Bodyshop within the Accident repair industry The candidate will come from a Parts background will possess strong communication & Organisational skills. This position requires someone who can work well under pressure and also has a good attention to detail. Competitive salary Bonus OT Full time position. Key role and responsibilities as a Parts Advisor; Supplying workshop technicians with parts Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment Deal with any customer enquiries over the phone and face to face Checking in parts deliveries Assisting with parts stock check Sourcing parts both online and by phone as cheap as possible to maximise profit Minimum requirements as a Parts Advisor; Works together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer's expectations are exceeded Friendly but professional manner and will demonstrate integrity, discretion and objectivity Can demonstrate experience in a parts department A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible Good telephone manner Knowledge of Advance is desirable Parts Advisor SALARY: £20k - £21k Bonus LOCATION: Manchester If you want to hear more about this role please contact Holt Recruitment on / to discuss this Parts Advisor position further.
