Overview
This is a excellent temporary to permanent position for someone looking to work in a fast paced environment. You will be working in a small team and liaising with other areas of the business on a regular basis. Client Details My client are a forward thinking, innovated business looking to grow year on year. The office is laid back and relaxed. There is also parking on site for anyone travelling by car. Description The key responsibilities for this accounts admin role are: Processing all sales orders accurately for a team of sales personnel's Monitoring the progress of all orders and ensuring any issues is resolved immediately Liaising with suppliers and ensuring any issues is resolved immediately Creating accurate reporting for invoicing and crediting Responding to queries relating to your team of sales personnel Organising and maintaining efficient E-filing systems Providing support to other members of the team Building and understanding product knowledge Dealing with any reasonable task required by you line manager Assisting the finance team Profile The successful candidate must be immediately available with previous relevant experience Job Offer On site parking Possible permanent position
