Overview
We are looking for an experienced Front-end Developer who can take a pre-existing set of business requirements and use them to produce well-written code that provides an excellent, optimized experience across mobile, tablet and desktop What you'll be doing: Take a business concept and implement it into a complete, responsive, working product with valid HTML and comprehensive cross-browser support Develop and improve upon the existing code base to improve the front-end functionality in terms of performance, maintainability and usability Ensure that the development and maintenance of our existing products remain consistent throughout in terms of theme and functionality, whilst adhering to high technical standards What we're looking for: Commercial experience Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience in object-oriented JavaScript Good knowledge of source code management (Git) Knowledge of Gulp, NPM, or similar Good understanding of code optimization Ability to understand the importance of validating code Good understanding of R esponsive Web Design Experience using CSS Bonus Points: Understanding of Webpack Experience with cross-browser testing React or Vue Experience with Javascript unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha etc) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89615986
