Overview
Are you a dynamic, qualified Accounts Senior, from a Practice environment, looking for a new challenge with some real opportunity for progression? We are recruiting for a newly developed Accounts Senior role, based in the heart of Banbury, for a well-established accountancy practice. More specifically the role sits within a department which is growing rapidly to cater for a specific portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities within the role will include: Offering a high level of service with preparation of accounts, Tax, Tax calculations and VAT Returns Assist with finance advice and consult clients over ever-growing cloud-based solutions Assist with business development and networking, supporting senior team Liaise effectively with clients with regards to relevant paperwork and information. Also provide support on software and bookkeeping queries Complete and compile paperwork for clients and HMRC Adhoc accounts related queries, managed in a timely manner Support trainees in their development Key skills & attributes must include: Either fully or part ACCA / ACA qualified or AAT Qualification Accounts practice or client accounting experience Strong IT skills Excellent communicator & rapport builder Problem-solving skills of a high standard Good business acumen Listening skills An excellent long term Accounts Senior opportunity, together with an impressive company benefits package.
