Your World Recruitment is looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors for our Clinical Governance Team. This role would suit an applicant with previous Tele-Sales, Sales Advisor, Customer Service or Call Centre experience - use your skills in a new and exciting environment and get career progression. The Role Call Centre or Customer Service experience is crucial, which is why the role will suit a candidate who is happy to spend time on the phone understanding our candidates needs, deal with both inbound and outbound calls; as well as managing the collection of data and documentation onto our internal database. You will be creating and monitoring candidate files, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Main Duties and Responsibilities Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Calls Front line customer service Collecting the data and documentation of candidates Complete a file of compliant documentation Negotiate with candidates to obtain documentation in agreed timescales Data entry and management of candidate details Using a CRM database system Working to targets General administration This is a full time role, 5 Days per week, hours of work are shifts between 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Sunday Benefits With a starting base salary of £20’000 and a realistic OTE of £25’000 you will also be on a pathway to continue your career with progression in the business and increased salary structure.
