Care Assistant, Full time, Part time, Days, Nights, Flexible working hours Your new company We are looking for Care Assistants in the Bournemouth & Poole area to work in residential homes that specialise in Elderly and Dementia care. Our clients are looking for regular workers through Hays Social Care to cover staff absence and holidays. Shifts include days, nights and weekends on a flexible basis. Your new role As a Care Assistant you will provide excellent personalised care and companionship to each resident as well as promoting independence where possible . A s well as day to day duties such as cleaning, you will be assisting residents with personal care including feeding, washing and moving and handling. What you'll need to succeed You will be a hardworking, caring, friendly and compassionate person with a genuine passion for working with the elderly. You will need to have relevant Care Assistant experience, including experience working with Dementia Care Certificate or NVQ desired but not essential.
