We want to make every day amazing- We want to see the people we support smile; to do all we can to help the people we support and care for get the most out of every day. We need Care and Support Workers who; · Provide person-centred support and promote independence. · Assist with mobility and moving and handling. · Promote best practices. · Administer medication when required. · Apply experience as a support worker/ Carer within various settings using best practise and training. · Contribute to quality improvement. · Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights. · Work with minimal supervision. · Effective communication skills both written and verbal. · An empathetic and sensitive approach to people. · Reliable / Flexible. · Be a positive role mode.
