Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled individual to join their team to focus on HR within the organisation alongside providing EA support to the board of Directors. Human Resources Preparing contracts for new staff members Development of training programs Overseeing employee welfare and benefit platforms Coordinating appraisals with department managers Monthly payroll (currently via SAGE payroll) Maintaining sickness and holiday register Diary Management Organise and maintain Group CEO and executive diaries and schedules Liaise with external Investor Directors diaries Co-ordinate internal and external meetings CEO and Executive Travel Arrangements Manage all aspects of international and UK travel, including flight and hotel bookings, car hire, car parking, public transport and taxi’s Create accurate itineraries for every trip Financial Management: Generate executive and board members expense claims with VAT receipts where applicable Preparation of greeting area and Executive board room Person Specification: Educated to Degree level or equivalent level of experience Previous experience working at executive level in a fast-paced office environment is essential Good knowledge of standard MS Office software, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint Sage Payroll (or other payroll software) experience is preferred Must be CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential Self-sufficient, well organised individual Collaborative team worker with good interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines Good level of common sense and professional work ethic Additional Information: Based in Chessington £14.42 - £19.23 depending on experience 30 - 40 hours a week depending on the right candidate Pension scheme STARTING ASAP Onsite parking We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
