Job Reference - J1957 Client - Charity Organisation Title - Job Coach Location Leeds Type of Role Contract Salary - Up to £73 per day on a PAYE basis. Limited pay rates are available. My client is a charity organisation that is currently looking to recruit on a contract basis, a Job Coach for their organisation in Leeds. You will be responsible for Mentoring and training individuals with learning disabilities, in order for them to secure full time employment. This could involve training yourself or organising external courses. You will advise and instruct the individuals as to the best roles for them. This role is initially on a contract basis, but if required may go permanent at a later date. The role is based in Leeds. Candidates are required to have previous Coaching experience, however some training can be given. The client is negotiable on salary and it could be paid on a Limited company basis or a PAYE basis, in which case you would receive entry to a stakeholder pension, 20 days paid holiday and 8 days paid bank holidays. This role is only available to candidates who have permanent residence status in the UK and already have or are willing to undergo a DBS check. You must be available to interview and start immediately. Unfortunately due to the nature of the contract, the client is unable to wait for anyone with more than a 2 weeks' notice period.
