To find out more, read on below and then click apply To be considered you must be a sociable EYFS Teaching Assistant who has experience of working with both SEN and EAL pupils and have the drive to install your own aims and ambitions in others. You will have the skills to deliver vibrant, entertaining lessons that challenge pupils to achieve their best. Someone with prior experience working with students with speech & language difficulties would be preferred but will not be a deciding criteria. This EYFS Teaching Assistant position involves supporting a student in the reception class on a 1 to 1 basis who is working on a EHC Plan. You will be required to support the student with autism and speech & language difficulties in the classroom and sometimes outside on a 1 to 1 basis in the library and other open spaces.
