Quality Assurance Team Leader

Position: Quality Team Leader Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire Grade/Salary: £50,000 Bonus and Car allowance/car of £5800.00. Candidate Spec: Experience and knowledge of the Supply Chain elements of the Pharmaceutical industry At least 3 years' experience working within the area of Quality Assurance and Pharmaceuticals Market and industry knowledge in particular around GxP regulatory requirements and GxP compliance QMS and associated procedures Experience in Medical Devices, Cold Chain, Validation, Transportation and Packaging Good customer and stakeholder management skills - an ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues People Management experience - a great communicator at all levels - both written and verbal Possesses a sense of urgency and knows when to escalate Responsible for:- Acting as the "Responsible Person" and be named in the relevant licences from the MHRA and/or Home Office Be the accountable owner of the company & customer relationships Managing a small team of up to 5 Quality Officers - supporting them with their work load and personal development Prioritising full compliance with GMDP requirements Providing technical expertise in all areas where the company provides quality and regulatory compliance services across the UKI landscape Reviewing and agreeing Quality/Technical Agreements with Clients and Suppliers ensuring full compliance Working alongside the Quality Assurance Director and other colleagues to on-board new customers and support services as required Providing input to support the successful creation of a Quality First Culture throughout Operations Displaying excellence in Line Management and role modelling the company Quality and behaviours Ensuring everyone understands their shared responsibilities for the QMS elements at their site Benefit Include: 25 days holiday, pension scheme, medical cover, childcare vouchers, retail discounts, flexible working, training, development and secondments opportunities.
