PWay Technical Resourcer

Redstone Rail is an industry leader with an established reputation for supplying quality engineering, technical and contingent labour personnel to the Rail industry and we have helped deliver some of the highest profile Rail projects in the country. Due to being awarded recent contracts in our P-Way Technical division, we are looking for an experienced, target driven P-Way Technical Resourcer to join our Rail team based in Bolton. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and make their mark on an already successful department. You will be responsible for the following areas: The safe deployment of P-Way Technical contractors to our clients, including P-Way Engineers, Handback Engineers and Surveyors. Building and developing strong relationships with our existing client and candidate database Rostering and scheduling weekly contractors Liaising with our client’s resource team Mapping out markets in terms of identifying new candidates, and introducing Redstone Rail to them Liaising with our internal Compliance team Carrying out registrations of candidates This is a fast moving environment with a lot of interaction with candidates and clients, so you will need to be: Extremely organised An excellent communicator, both over the phone and face to face Target driven Professional and smart in appearance Ambitious Previous experience of resourcing for the rail industry will be an advantage Salary will be dependent upon experience, and benefits will include car, life insurance, pension scheme Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further details or send your CV today if you feel you match skills and qualifications we are looking for.
