Overview
We are currently working with a leading banking organisation, looking for a number of contact centre based customer service advisors to support the team on a new project. You’ll be joining a vibrant team and a company that provide excellent training and personal development opportunities. These roles are available to all candidates with strong communication skills and customer focused attitudes, looking for a role they can start in April 2020. As part of the Customer Service team you’ll use your communication and IT skills to help customers who may be experiencing financially difficulties. Using your empathy, rapport building and listening skills to help customers and understand their individual financial circumstances and needs. We’re looking for candidates who have previous experience within a call centre or telephony based customer service role. Full training on debt management will be provided. The role is shift based, so a degree of flexibility is also required. Payrate: £10.66 per hour Working hours: Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm (35/40 hours per week). You will be allocated a shift pattern. Contract: Temporary (on-going) Location: Birmingham In this role you will: Communicate with customers using effective questioning and listening skills to enable you to fully understand their individual financial circumstances and needs Answering inbound calls from customers, answering a variety of questions regarding different products and services. Providing 'Best in Class’ service and ensuring excellent outcomes for the customer and business The ideal candidate for this role will have: Essential Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to consult with our customers to fully understand their needs Experience in a customer service/customer facing or contact centre environment The ability to ask questions and collect information to provide customer centric solutions A high level of self-motivation and positive attitude and to put your customers at the heart of everything you do Availability to work the shift pattern required for this role The skill to utilise multiple IT systems to explore your customer’s needs and bespoke requirements Desirable but not essential Experience of financial product including knowledge of Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Overdrafts
