About the role: Due to growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst based in their fantastic new offices in the Bordon Innovation Centre, Bordon, East Hampshire, in a community of growing tech businesses. You will be working with the firm’s senior consultants and firm’s Clients solving and supporting clients in relation to their data and user needs on the Oracle/NetSuite platform. The key elements will be: Supporting the firm’s senior consultants implement data migration and data analysis for clients Working directly with clients in a small support centre environment helping clients with questions and issues they may encounter in relation to their usage of the ERP System. Liaising with developers in relation to systems changes where needed to solve client requests. Skills / Knowledge Significant experience with excel Attention to detail Maths/Science degree qualified Highly numerate and comfortable with working with large data sets Understanding of the workings of the business finance function and related processes Willingness to work with both internal staff and directly with external clients Willingness and interest in continuous training and learning, including becoming a 'champion’ user of the world’s most deployed cloud Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) solution Interest in working in a small, rapidly growing entrepreneurial team environment, building out from ground zero Strong customer service focus with a genuine focus on achieving outcomes for clients Hands on approach This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, truly innovative, rapidly expanding company.
