Overview

HR Advisor - Leading manufacturing global business - Haverhill, Suffolk - £35,000 This role is to support the new HR Director enhancing and developing the full HR function. Play a pivotal part in digitalisation and re-development of the HR department. This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor who is operationally driven and self-motivated. You will be comfortable with working on your own as well as being part of the team. You will have a focus on managing Recruitment, ER, Performance, Talent, L&D, activities, Administration, implementation of new processes and procedures as well as Engagement agenda You will be part of the team responsible for delivering overarching organisational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute HR service. You will be providing front line day to day HR support to key internal stakeholders and employees. Occasionally travel and over-night stay to the Midlands site may be required This will suit someone with the following experience and skills: Proven HR generalist experience; Sound knowledge of the UK employment law, HR best practice and experience of managing employee relations cases is essential; Excellent time management and high output administration skills; Able to communicate and negotiate effectively both internally and externally at all levels Able to lead by example and adopt a fair and consistent approach to decision making Must be highly confidential, resilient and demonstrate a flexible and professional approach Able to challenge and introduce new ideas and solutions and adapt the style to influence the audiences Possess first class IT skills Able to project plan and organise and deliver Used to managing high volume of work Ideally with a passion and flair for culture and process change and can-do approach to work You would be joining a business with exciting plans for HR and a new HR Director who is energetic, full of ideas and is looking for someone to join them on this journey of change.
