Overview

Our client is a market leading tailor made and luxury holiday specialist based in Cheltenham. They currently have a vacancy for an Administrator to be responsible for the correct entry and maintenance of contracts and health and safety requirements. This will be on a temporary 3 months fixed term contract. Responsibilities: - To ensure that all hotel and supplier contracts are accurately entered into contract depository database according to set procedures within required deadlines - To send all contracted hotels once signed off to relevant department to load for sales use in a timely manner - Manage and process villa services and ski contracts in additional to hotel and supplier contracts - To check hotel and supplier contracts prepared by colleagues to ensure their accuracy in return - To ensure company operating standards are advised to all new suppliers, with acknowledgement from the supplier as per contract - Manage and collate addendums to contracts - To assist the product managers in obtaining contract rates from hotels and suppliers - To follow up with hotels and suppliers for outstanding information - Conduct health and safety reviews as set by company standards Experience: Desirable - Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written - Proven admin skills - Up-to-date knowledge of Outlook, Word and particularly Excel - Diligent and great attention to detail, methodical - Positive 'can do’ outlook and attitude - Numerate and attention to detail - An organised and structured approach to work - Flexible and Reliable Hours - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm Salary - £19,500
