You will be experienced in managing a large care home, with a reputation for running a steady ship. We are looking for a Home Manager who: Is CQC Registered Has had good or outstanding CQC inspection results Has had a stable/progressive career to date Is good at planning and delivering a plan Is good with budgets but doesn't want financial targets Is a good leader, capable of enhancing an already high performing team So if you're a Home Manager stuck in corporate drudgery and dying for an opportunity to make an impression, please apply.
