Bridging Underwriter

Bridging Underwriter Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits. Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bridging Underwriter to join their team. The purpose of the role will be to maintain strong broker and borrower relationships, actively manage loan enquiries from brokers, process valuations and legal instructions through to completion whilst fostering relationships to secure future business. Potential candidates will require exposure with bridging or development finance, be comfortable in building and maintaining strong successful working relationships with customers, brokers, surveyors and other stakeholders whilst also enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
